Free table maker

A table you can read from the back of a room: a header row that stands out, stripes that keep the eye on its line, and rows that grow to fit what you type. Put it on a slide, a price list or a one-page report.

How to make a table

  1. Press Make a table. A slide opens with a table, picked: a header row and two empty rows.
  2. Press Cells in the bar and type into the sheet. Enter moves down a row.
  3. Add rows and columns with the buttons under the sheet. A new column takes an even share of the width.
  4. Turn the header row on or off, pick its colour, add stripes and lines, and choose the font, size and alignment.
  5. Drag the sides of the table to make it wider; its height follows its rows.
  6. Press Download and choose a format.

Questions

Can a cell hold a long line?

Yes. The text wraps inside its column and the row grows to fit, so nothing is cut off.

Can I make the first column wider?

Columns share the width evenly when you add them. For a wider first column, start from the table on this page: it gives the first column half the width.

Will it print sharply?

Download a PDF or SVG and the table stays vector: lines and text are sharp at any size.
